How payment works
Buying your next property?
Most of our sale prep clients are buying at the same time. Coordinating a sale, a settlement and a purchase is one of the most demanding sequences in property, and doing it across separate providers is where things fall through the cracks.
We coordinate the buying side through our supply partners, including licensed buyer's agents, while keeping you to one point of contact. Once your package of works is approved we link you to the right partners, and where legislation or industry rules require direct contact between you and a licensed agent or trade, we introduce you at that point.
Everything else runs through our scheduling.
