A family-led property business serving SEQ since 2024.
Founded by David and Zoe Green. Backed by a 10-person trade team.
The Story
Green Goat Maintenance was founded in 2024 to solve a specific problem: the friction of coordinating multiple trades for a single property outcome. Whether it's a homeowner trying to get a place ready for sale, or an aged care facility needing reliable, respectful maintenance, the traditional model of hiring five different contractors is broken.
We built a business that brings compliance, maintenance, and trade coordination under one roof. By keeping the core trades in-house and managing the rest, we take the friction out of property care.
Today, we deliver over 240 maintenance services a month across South East Queensland, backed by a team that actually cares about the result.
