Stage 1: Prep & Uplift
We scope and deliver the work that makes your property market ready: repairs, presentation, pressure washing, lawn and garden, and minor handyman work within our trade scope. Delivered in-house by our team.
Stage 2: Compliance
Pool safety certificate and smoke alarm compliance, handled in-house by our licensed team, so the property meets Queensland requirements before it lists.
Stage 3: Valuation & Sale
We coordinate valuation and the sale process through our supply partners and keep you to one point of contact while the property goes to market.
Stage 4: Buyer's Agent
Looking for your next property? We connect you with our supply partners to find, assess and secure it. Where the law requires a direct agreement between you and a licensed agent, we introduce you at that point.
Stage 5: Exit Cleaning
A full exit clean before handover, so the property is settlement ready and you avoid the final scramble at the worst possible time.
How the package works.
- First contact. We talk through your move and set up a property package built around it.
- We scope the package of works and confirm it with you.
- Once the package is approved, we link you to our supply partners for the regulated stages.
- Where legislation or industry rules require direct contact between you and a trade or licensed agent, we introduce you at that point.
- Everything else runs through our scheduling, with Green Goat as your single point of contact.

Flexible ways to fund the work.
Preparing a property for sale costs money at a demanding time. To help manage cash flow, we can facilitate finance options through third party providers, so the work can start when it needs to rather than when cash allows. Terms and eligibility are set by the provider.
Supply partners set their own fees, including any sale or buyer's agent commissions. We make those clear before you engage them, so there are no surprises.
